What we collect
Only what we need: your name, email, phone and address for orders, donations, sponsorships, volunteering or enquiries.
Why
To fulfil your order, issue donation receipts, respond to you, and – only if you opt in – send updates.
Children and residents
We do not store information about children or residents in our shop or donor systems, and we never publish their images or stories without verified consent.
Security
Access is limited by role, every financial or admin change is logged, and card details are handled by our payment provider – never stored by us.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to processing, by contacting us via the Contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
